What documents can be notarized?

We can notarize a wide range of documents including Loan Packages (Refinances, Purchases, HELOCs), Real Estate Documents, Wills and Trusts, Power of Attorney forms, Affidavits, and general legal documents. We cannot notarize certified copies of vital records (like birth certificates) in Texas.

What ID do I need to bring?

To comply with Texas notary law, you must present a current, unexpired photo identification issued by a state or federal government agency. Common acceptable IDs include: a U.S. Driver’s License or ID Card, a U.S. Passport, or a military ID

How much does notarization cost?

Notary fees are regulated by the State of Texas ($6 per signature). A precise quote, including the travel fee for the Rockwall/Collin County area, requires a review of your documents and signing details. Please text us the documents first for eligibility, and then book your required Phone Consultation to receive your all-inclusive quote and schedule the physical appointment.

Can I get documents notarized online?

As a dedicated mobile notary, our primary service is secure in-person notarization at a location convenient for you in the Rockwall and Collin County area. We do not currently offer Remote Online Notarization (RON) services. All signings require the signer to be physically present with the notary.

How long does a notarization take?

The actual notarization process for standard documents is quick, usually taking 5 to 15 minutes per document, provided the signer has valid ID and the documents are fully ready and approved during the phone consultation. Loan signings, due to their complexity, typically require 45 to 90 minutes.

Do you offer services for businesses or bulk documents?

Yes, we proudly serve business clients, title companies, and law firms for regular or large-volume notarization needs, including bulk document signings or ongoing service agreements. Please mention this during your initial phone consultation to discuss pricing and scheduling arrangements.

Is remote notarization legally valid?

Yes, Remote Online Notarization (RON) is legally valid in Texas. While FaEver Notary currently specializes in secure in-person mobile notarizations, we can discuss finding a trusted RON service provider if needed during your phone consultation.

Can you notarize documents in other languages?

Yes. FaEver Notary can notarize documents in languages other than English, provided I can read and understand the notarial certificate and identify the signers. Please note that I cannot translate the document or provide interpretation of its content; my role is strictly to verify identity and witness signatures.
